Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading or supporting QMS within a highly regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodologies with a proven ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to analyse, trend, and present quality data to support strategic decision-making.
• Experience leading or supporting complex investigations, including root cause analysis and CAPA implementation.
• Strong coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, promoting quality compliance and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Influencing and consulting with management to shape the design and development of the IMS for a robust and sustainable Quality Management Function.
• Ensuring appropriate internal and external communication relevant to quality management system.
• Implementing short, medium- and long-term strategy to develop the quality management system based on risks and opportunities.
• Establishing a closed-loop quality cycle from initial customer engagement to final delivery.
• Work with Sales to monitor customer requirements, expectations and leading quality indicators.
• Coaching teams or individuals to improve core business processes (Sales, Tendering, Invoicing, etc).
• Support and review complex investigations to ensure root cause is determined and CAPA actions are raised.
