Job summary

Add Staff, Inc is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across manufacturing operations in Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney.

You will drive audits, CAPA, data analysis, and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, and collaborate with suppliers and internal teams while reporting quality performance to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a quality management role.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001 preferred).
• Experience conducting internal and external audits.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capability.
• Advanced reporting and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, legislation, and customer requirements.
• Lead audits (internal & external) and manage CAPA processes.
• Analyse quality data to identify improvement opportunities and drive Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
