Job summary

Warrigal Care is seeking a Care Services Manager to lead care management and clinical governance across Home Services. You will work with operational leaders to align planning, oversight and workforce capability with client needs and service demand.

You will guide multidisciplinary teams to improve outcomes for clients, families and communities while shaping the future of home-based care. This role requires strong governance and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in health with current APHRA registration.
• Experience in clinical leadership or case management in aged/home/community care.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams including nursing and allied health.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality and risk management frameworks.
• Ability to interpret client and operational data to improve service outcomes.

In this role, you will lead the care management and clinicalfunctions across our Home Services, delivering safe, effective andperson-centred care through strong clinical governance,professional practice and evidence-based approaches. Yourleadership will ensure clients receive high-quality support thatpromotes wellbeing, independence and quality of life at home.

Partnering closely with operational leaders, you will align careplanning, clinical oversight and workforce capability with clientneeds and service demand. You will contribute to the development ofintegrated care models, strengthen service performance and supportthe ongoing growth of Home Services.

Leading multidisciplinary teams, you will foster a culture ofaccountability, collaboration and continuous improvement. Throughyour expertise and influence, you will enhance outcomes forclients, families and communities while helping shape the future ofhome-based care

The requirements | What it takes to do thiswork

• Tertiary qualification in health (Bachelor of Nursing,Allied Health or equivalent) with current APHRAregistration
• Demonstrated experience in clinical leadership or casemanagement within aged care, home care or communityservices
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams includingnursing, allied health professionals and care managers
• Strong understanding of clinical governance, quality andrisk management frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to interpret client and operationaldata to improve service outcomes
