Job summary

Bupa Bellarine Lakes is seeking a Quality Education Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality care and to drive continuous improvement within the care home. This role focuses on coaching teams, maintaining quality standards, and guiding practice across the home.

You will oversee documentation, education, and training while aligning with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring staff development and exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing with APHRA registration is essential.
• Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care is desirable but not required.
• Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is advantageous.
• Proven track record in coaching and leading quality improvement in aged care.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality-focused leadership and coaching to support care delivery and documentation.
• Develop team knowledge aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards and practice scope.
• Maintain PCI and drive continuous improvement with leadership input.
• Ensure timely submission and analysis of Government National Quality Indicator data.
• Coordinate monthly audits within the Operations Essential audit program.
• Oversee delivery of high-quality clinical care and accurate recordkeeping.
