Job summary

Bupa Ballina is seeking a Quality Education Manager to lead quality governance and ensure the competency of staff in line with Aged Care Quality Standards. You will identify improvement opportunities, provide hands-on support to remediate gaps, and coach the Care Home leadership team for sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing with APHRA registration.
• Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care desirable.
• TAE40116 Training and Assessment desirable.
• Proven track record delivering quality clinical care, coaching and training.
• Strong communication, leadership and relationship-management skills.
• Knowledge of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality-focused leadership and coaching.
• Guide documentation/recording to meet expected outcomes.
• Develop team competency and learning plans.
• Ensure readiness through PCI and monthly reviews with leadership.
• Manage monthly Quality Indicator Reports and data analysis.
• Coordinate monthly Care Home audits and NQIP submissions.
• Deliver resident-centred clinical care and maintain accurate records.
