Job summary

Redstone Recruitment is seeking a Quality & Education Manager in Warragul to lead quality, compliance and clinical education across a medium-sized residential aged care home and community services. You will influence care quality and drive continuous improvement in collaboration with senior leadership.

You are a registered nurse with experience in quality, compliance and education, and you bring a proactive, stakeholder-focused approach to embedding best practice in a close-knit aged care

Qualifications

Registered nurse with quality/compliance/education experience in aged care.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable.
Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Own quality, compliance and education initiatives across the residential aged care home and community services.
Strengthen systems, embed best practice and support regulatory improvements.
Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership team.
Drive continuous improvement across services.
