Bupa Aged Care Bellarine Lakes seeks a Quality Education Manager to lead coaching, training and practice improvement within a welcoming care home. You will guide staff through quality standards and ensure consistent, compassionate care across the home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing with current APHRA registration.
• Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care is desirable but not essential.
• Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is desirable but not required.
• Proven track record in identifying, delivering and maintaining quality clinical care, coaching and training.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality focused leadership and coaching to staff to ensure care aligns with standards.
• Develop team knowledge of practice expectations under Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Maintain PCI and drive improvements from Quality Indicator Reports.
• Ensure timely submission and analysis of Government NQIP data with action plans.
• Coordinate monthly Care Home audits within the Operations Essential program.
• Deliver high-quality clinical care and maintain accurate documentation.
