Bupa Banora Point is seeking a Quality Education Manager to lead quality care governance, ensure compliance to the Aged Care Quality Standards and support the leadership team in sustaining improvements. You will coach staff, oversee documentation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives with the care home leadership.

Formación

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
• Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care is desirable.
• Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is desirable.
• Proven track record delivering quality clinical care and coaching.
• Ability to foster teamwork and build collaborative relationships.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills.
• Understanding of Resident Rights and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality focused leadership and coaching.
• Guide documentation/recording to ensure care meets outcomes.
• Develop team knowledge on practice standards and PCI.
• Identify learning needs and create development plans.
• Ensure preparedness and maintain PCI and Improvement actions.
• Maintain monthly quality indicator reporting and data insights.
• Ensure NQIP data submission and analysis within timeframes.
• Coordinate monthly care home audits within the audit program.
• Deliver high-quality resident-centered clinical care and maintain records.
