Job summary

Bupa Aged Care Banora Point is seeking a Quality and Education Manager to lead clinical quality governance and team competency for residents’ care. You will coach, train, and support the Care Home leadership to sustain continuous improvement aligned with Aged Care Quality Standards.

You will drive documentation, audits, and data analysis, ensuring privacy and policy compliance while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture within the home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA registration.
• Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care is desirable.
• Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality focused leadership and coaching.
• Guide documentation/recording to meet expected outcomes.
• Develop team knowledge on Aged Care Quality Standards and scope of practice.
• Identify learning needs and create development plans.
• Ensure PCI and continuous improvement are maintained and reviewed.
• Ensure accurate audits and quality indicators are submitted and analyzed.
• Maintain records compliant with policy and privacy.
