Job summary

Service Stream Energy & Water is seeking a motivated Desktop Quality Coordinator to support the Quality team in Melbourne. This early-career role focuses on data, problem solving and applying quality standards within our telecommunications operations.

You'll work with experienced professionals, receive training, review completed works, identify trends and contribute to continuous improvement across our national operations.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with large volumes of information.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing completed work and documentation to ensure quality requirements have been met.
• Conducting desktop-based quality checks and audits using established processes and guidelines.
• Identifying trends, inconsistencies or areas for improvement and escalating findings where required.
• Assisting with the preparation of quality reports and audit outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate records and quality documentation.
• Working with internal teams to support quality improvements and resolve issues.
• Using Microsoft Excel and other systems to analyse information and track performance.
