Service Stream's Fixed Communications division in Melbourne is seeking a Program Coordinator to support our national Aerial Program. This role focuses on coordinating work, managing priorities, supporting operational teams and ensuring tasks are delivered accurately and on time.

Ideal candidates will have experience in administration or scheduling, a telecommunications-related certificate or business administration diploma, and strong MS Office skills.

• Certificate in Telecommunications or Diploma in Business Administration preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage a high volume of tasks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard computer tools.
• Experience in telecommunications, utilities, construction, or field services is valued.

About the Role

Program Coordinator - Aerial Program This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating work, managing competing priorities, supporting operational teams, and ensuring work is delivered efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing work order progression, updates and tracking activities.
• Supporting Field Supervisors and contractors with operational coordination and documentation.
• Monitoring work volumes, identifying delays and escalating issues where required.
• Maintaining accurate records, reports and system updates.
• Assisting with stakeholder communications and client reporting.
• Supporting onboarding, operational meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

To be successful, you will bring:

• Experience in administration, scheduling, coordination or operational support.
• Certificate in Telecommunications (desired but not mandatory) or Certificate in Diploma or Business administration skills (desire but not mandatory)
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of tasks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to accurate documentation.
• Strong Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Experience within telecommunications, utilities, construction or field services environments will be highly regarded.
