Job summary

Social Futures is seeking a Quality & Compliance Coordinator for its Lismore office on a full-time, permanent basis. The role drives consistent quality, compliance, accreditation, policy and processes across the organisation to ensure high-quality service delivery and improved outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality assurance, accreditation, auditing and risk management within community services or human services.
• Able to review incidents and service documentation for trends and improvements.
• Experience contributing to quality management systems and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support QA, contract management and accreditation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate internal/external audits and investigations for continuous improvement.
• Review incidents, risks and complaints to identify trends and strengthen service quality.
• Contribute to the Quality Management System with data analysis and outcome monitoring.
• Collaborate across teams to strengthen quality, compliance and risk practices.
• Review sensitive case notes with sound judgement and professional resilience.
