Job summary

Real Futures Pty is seeking a Quality & Compliance Officer to ensure quality and contractual compliance across Real Futures contracts. The role provides administrative support functions and conducts internal reviews to maintain high standards of compliance.

You will interpret contracts, develop policies, review service delivery models, and prepare monthly risk-focused reports. Applicants should have relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in community services or employment services.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Administration, Human Services, Business, Marketing, Employment Services, or associated fields.
• Knowledge of employment services or other human services sector.
• Knowledge of the legislative, regulatory, and quality framework relevant to Inclusive Employment Australia.
• Intermediate PC-based applications experience (MS Office, databases).
• Understanding of complaints and conflict resolution procedures.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
• Highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work within a team and autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert interpretation and advice on all Real Futures contracts.
• Develop, implement, and review workplace policies and procedures.
• Continuously review the Service Delivery Models/Contracts.
• Conduct reviews of Documentary Evidence entered into ESS, Workforce Australia Online, CRM systems.
• Prepare monthly reports, identifying risks, detailing mitigation strategies, and recommending improvements for compliance.
• Collaborate with site managers to interpret audit results.
• Identify trends and systemic issues across sites.
• Conduct skills gap analyses based on audit findings.
• Perform monthly caseload reviews.
• Lead quality audits across all operational areas.
• Manage and report on all compliance and risk activities monthly.
