You will join a busy Maintenance Response Centre supporting a diverse range of clients including schools, public housing tenants, government agencies and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email and correspondence channels.
• Responding to maintenance enquiries and service requests from tenants and external stakeholders.
• Managing incoming and outgoing calls within a high-volume environment.
• Creating and processing work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining records, databases and information systems.
• Preparing documentation, reports and correspondence.
• Liaising with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Supporting the effective delivery of maintenance services while meeting performance targets.
• Applying strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve enquiries.
