Responsibilities

• Answer and manage incoming calls within a high-volume call centre environment.
• Respond to maintenance service requests from external clients.
• Assist tenants and stakeholders with maintenance enquiries and updates.
• Create and process work orders accurately; manage internal and external correspondence.
• Maintain and update records, databases and information systems.
• Prepare documentation and reports as required.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, contractors and stakeholders.
• Apply effective negotiation, dispute resolution and conflict management skills when required.
