Job summary

DFP Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Call Centre/Customer Service Officer to join a Government Maintenance Response Centre in Queensland. You will handle maintenance enquiries, coordinate work orders and liaise with schools, tenants and other government clients to ensure timely resolutions.
