Qualifications

• Generalist HR services experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Hands-on WHS compliance and injury management.
• Experience operating within the Queensland Public Sector framework.
• Strong negotiation, consulting, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, end-to-end generalist HR advice and case management.
• Drive WHS compliance, risk assessments, and incident reporting processes.
• Interpret and apply Queensland Public Sector legislation, directives, awards, and policies.
• Partner with management to address employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal leaders, workforce teams, and external body representatives.
