Job summary

Randstad HR Partners is seeking a hands-on HR Generalist to join a centralised HR team in Brisbane, with an option to work from home. This role supports a diverse portfolio of businesses and partners with CEOs and senior leaders on HR and ER matters, including restructures and transformation projects.

You will work across multiple businesses, covering day-to-day HR and HR projects, with AI initiatives and process improvements driving HR delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and employee relations.
• Experience partnering with leaders across HR matters.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

HR Advisor | Brisbane CBD | Option to Work from Home
Permanent Full-time role

The Opportunity

An opportunity for a hands-on HR Generalist to join a well-supported, centralised HR team supporting a diverse portfolio of businesses!

You will work across multiple businesses, covering all things HR Generalist and partnering with CEOs, GMs and senior leaders on everything from day-to-day HR and ER to restructures, consultation and transformation projects , no two days will look the same.

Your Role

• Partner with leaders/managers to provide practical HR advice, coaching and support.
• Manage employee relations matters, including performance, conduct and grievances.
• Be involved in HR projects(e.g AI) , process improvements and people initiatives.
• Provide guidance on Australian employment legislation and HR policies.
• Leverage HR systems, technology and AI to improve HR delivery.

About You

• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and employee relations.
• Confident partnering with leaders across a range of HR matters.
• Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
