• Strong negotiation, consulting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generalist HR operations: end-to-end HR advice, operational support, and case management across the employee lifecycle.
• WHS: drive compliance, conduct risk assessments, oversee incident reporting and return-to-work initiatives.
• Public sector compliance: interpret and apply Queensland Public Sector directives and policies.
• Business partnering: advise management on employee relations, performance, workforce planning, and change.
• Stakeholder management: maintain relationships with internal leaders and external bodies.
