Job summary

NSW Trustee and Guardian seeks a strategic Senior Manager, Risk and Compliance to lead governance, risk, and integrity across the organisation in Sydney. Reporting to the Director, Legal, Governance and Risk, you will strengthen resilience and accountability while supporting high performance in a public sector context.

• Extensive experience leading governance, risk and compliance functions.
• Experience in complex, highly regulated environments.
• Strong engagement with senior executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve enterprise risk management, compliance and integrity frameworks.
• Provide trusted strategic advice to the Executive Leadership Team and senior stakeholders.
• Drive the implementation of contemporary risk, governance and assurance practices.
• Oversee fraud and corruption prevention, ethics, integrity and compliance programs.
• Monitor emerging risks and regulatory changes, ensuring readiness and response.
• Deliver insights through governance reporting, risk analytics and performance monitoring.
• Build strong internal and external partnerships to strengthen capability.
