NSW Department of Customer Service seeks a Governance, Risk and Compliance professional to advise on applying governance and risk management frameworks to support government priorities. You will work with teams across the organisation to ensure adherence to governance and risk requirements.

Your role includes identifying, monitoring and reporting risks, and administering our risk management system to store these risks.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk management, governance or compliance.
• Familiar with governance and risk frameworks and how they operate.
• Ability to communicate governance, risk and compliance concepts confidently.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience delivering workshops, training and support.
• Familiarity with risk systems and software is valued.

Responsabilités

• Develop, implement and enhance governance and risk management frameworks.
• Assist business units with risk-based decision making and daily risk management.
• Act as the first point of contact for risk system support.
• Support initiatives to uplift governance, risk and compliance culture and capability.
