Qualifications

• Tenancy and Property management including debt management, property inspections, maintenance and dispute resolution.
• Provide housing options from established policies, procedures and standards.
• Represent the Department at Victoria Civil Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' needs and advise on housing options from policy guidelines.
• Prepare routine cases with established procedures and support processes.
• Work under general supervision as part of a housing services team.
