Victorian Department of Families, Fairness & Housing is seeking Tenancy and Property Officers to support client-centred housing services for individuals, families and public housing residents. Based in offices across Victoria, you will handle tenancy and property management tasks and provide housing advice and assistance.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and apply early intervention strategies to sustain tenancies.
• Use persuasive skills in dealing with clients and stakeholders on all housing matters.
• Prepare routine cases with well established procedures and represent the Department at Victorian Civil Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).
