• Ability to represent the Department in tribunals and proceedings.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenancy and property responsibilities including debt management, inspections, maintenance, and disputes.
• Assess clients’ housing needs and advise on options within policies and procedures.
• Prepare routine cases and represent the Department at VCAT.
