• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a coordinating/ops role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Outlook, Calendar, Office 365 and Google suite.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Customer-focused with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience maintaining hardware inventory/tracking.
• Familiar with AI-powered tools to streamline workflows.
• Project management experience with document templates and reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and distribution for prototypes and devices.
• Communicate progress of tasks to multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate device transfers with Logistics.
• Support research with Operations PMs and TPMs.
• Assist procurement to source additional commercial devices as needed.
• Conduct periodic inventories of prototypes and devices.
• Perform firmware updates on hardware prototypes.
