This role supports the Sales and Marketing Directors through end-to-end transaction processing, CRM optimization, and coordination of legal contracts to drive seamless customer experiences.

You will link sales, marketing and legal stakeholders, streamline processes, and ensure flawless execution from inquiry to final settlement.

Responsibilities

• Sales Operations: support the sales lifecycle from pre-sale to settlement.
• CRM & Data Management: maintain data integrity and generate dashboards.
• Marketing & Campaigns: assist with logistics for campaigns and track outcomes.
• Customer Experience: liaise with stakeholders to improve CX.
• Legal & Contract Coordination: assist with contract prep and liaise with legal teams.
