Mirvac is seeking a motivated Reception & Administration Assistant for LIV Anura based in Newstead, Brisbane. You will be the face of the on-site team, supporting administration, customer service and property operations to deliver a positive guest experience for residents and visitors.

This entry-point role offers hands-on exposure to Build to Rent operations, with a focus on front-of-house excellence, organisation, and a customer-first mindset.

Mansioni

• Be the welcoming first point of contact for customers, residents and visitors.
• Manage front-of-house operations and maintain a professional reception area.
• Handle enquiries across phone, email, digital platforms and in person.
• Support leasing and property teams with administration, documentation and data entry.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs and welcome packs.
• Assist with events, communications and customer feedback.
• Monitor and allocate customer queries to ensure timely resolution.
