Job summary

Richardson & Wrench is seeking an organised Property Officer/ Leasing Officer to join our team on the Lower North Shore. This role suits someone who enjoys working with people, being out and about, and developing a career in residential property management.

You will conduct open inspections on Wednesdays and Saturdays, manage leasing enquiries, review applications, coordinate tenancy documents, and maintain accurate records while building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Qualifications

• Previous property management or leasing experience preferred.
• Strong organisation and time-management skills.
• Confident verbal and written communication.
• Current NSW Certificate/Real Estate Licence.
• Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
• Available for Wednesday and Saturday open homes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Wednesday and Saturday rental open inspections.
• Manage leasing enquiries and arrange property inspections.
• Review rental applications, conduct reference checks and present applications to landlords.
• Help manage a residential property portfolio and day-to-day tenancy matters.
• Communicate with landlords and tenants and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, lease renewals and rent arrears.
• Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections.
• Prepare leases and coordinate new tenancy commencement.
• Maintain accurate property and tenancy records.
