Job summary

SilverSkye Realty in Burwood, NSW, seeks an experienced Property Manager to join our Property Management Division and replace our current officer. You will handle tenant communications, inspections, and landlord relations, delivering outstanding service.

The role requires at least 1 year in property management, a valid NSW driver’s licence, and knowledge of Property Tree. A Licence Agent II or progress toward it is preferred; join a friendly, supportive team with ongoing training.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in property management.
• Licence Agent II qualification or working towards it.
• Professional, well-presented with strong communication.
• Valid NSW driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Knowledge of property management software such as Property Tree.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone and counter for the property management department.
• Liaise with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process applications and onboarding of new tenants.
• Market and advertise properties online.
• Carry out routine inspections and prepare reports.
• Manage day-to-day property management tasks including tenant communications, maintenance coordination, and inspections.
• Build relationships with tenants and landlords to ensure outstanding service.
• Handle rent increases, leases, and renewals.
• Oversee property management team day-to-day tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
