Gough Recruitment is seeking a Junior Property Manager to join the Eastern Suburbs team in Sydney. You will support a high performing property management division, handling day-to-day tenancy tasks and coordinating property inspections within a busy portfolio.

You will work Monday to Friday, with no weekends, and benefit from an award-winning agency, strong team culture, and clear career progression as you grow your real estate career.

Qualifications

• Previous Real Estate experience.
• Certificate of Registration required and own car.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing 300 high-end properties.
• Liaise with tenants and landlords.
• Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance.
• Arrears control.
• Assist with rental increases and lease renewals.
• Work towards targets and KPIs.

Working alongside a high performing property management team, this role is for someone looking to progress their career in Real Estate.
The Role:
Monday to Friday, this is your chance to join a strong property management division of 6, and work alongside a knowledgeable and supportive Senior with a Leasing Consultant and Accounts for support, your day to day responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the management of 300 high end properties
• Effectively liaise with tenants & some landlords
• Conduct incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
• Complete repairs & maintenance management
• Arrears control
• Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
• Working towards targets and KPI’s
• NO weekends, NO leasing and NO accounts

The Candidate:

• Previous Real Estate experience
• A current Certificate of Registration & own car
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Parking & mobile phone provided
• Be a motivated self-starter
