Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, maintenance and repairs; managing arrears and lease renewals; conducting entry/exit inspections; and actively growing the portfolio while ensuring compliance with Victorian tenancy laws.

• Ensure compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation.
• Support day-to-day operations with Directors.
