Oyster People Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Property Manager / Senior Property Manager to oversee a neat rent roll of 145 properties with minimal routines. The role centers on senior property management duties, landlord communication and overall portfolio management.

You will be trusted to work autonomously, with no micromanagement, building strong relationships with landlords and tenants while avoiding routine inspections to devote time to high‑level tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years Property Management experience managing your own portfolio.
• Confident managing a portfolio independently.
• Strong knowledge of Property Management legislation.
• QCAT experience.
• Australian Driver's Licence.
• Strong Communication Skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills.
• Neat and tidy personal presentation.
• A positive and professional approach.

Joining this Property Management team, the role takes on an established, neat and tidy rent roll of only 145 properties with no routines. This is a well-supported portfolio where your focus will predominantly be on the senior Property Management duties, landlord communication and overall portfolio management.

You will be trusted to manage your portfolio without being micromanaged and simply left alone to do your job. The office has a relaxed, family-orientated environment and is looking for an experienced Property Manager who enjoys having autonomy and building strong relationships with their landlords and tenants.

Importantly, you will not be required to conduct routine inspections, allowing you to spend more time actually managing your portfolio and staying on top of the important senior duties.
