Job summary

Westside Realty Group in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a residential portfolio and manage day-to-day tenancy operations with support from our admin, inspection, compliance and maintenance teams. The role requires at least 3 years of property management experience, a Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence, and solid knowledge of tenancy legislation.

Strong communication, negotiation and time management skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' Property Management experience.
• Current Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence.
• Strong understanding of Victorian residential tenancy legislation.
• Experience managing a residential property portfolio.
• Good knowledge of VCAT procedures.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently.
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage a residential property portfolio from tenancy commencement through to vacate.
• Conduct and manage routine inspections.
• Complete Entry, Exit and Condition Reports.
• Manage lease renewals and negotiations.
• Conduct rent reviews and rent increases.
• Coordinate final inspections and bond matters.
• Manage new tenancy sign-ups and lease documentation.
• Prepare and serve property management notices and documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and repairs.
• Communicate with landlords, tenants, contractors and suppliers.

Westside Realty Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Property Manager to join our growing Property Management team. This role is ideal for a Property Manager with 3+ years of experience who is confident managing the day-to-day requirements of a residential property portfolio and delivering a high level of service to landlords and tenants. You will be supported by our administration, inspection, compliance and maintenance teams, allowing you to focus on providing excellent property management services and maintaining strong client relationships.
