The Pathway Group in Melbourne seeks an experienced Residential Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, protecting clients’ investments and ensuring a positive experience for landlords and tenants.

With leasing and administration support, you’ll focus on building lasting relationships, coordinating maintenance, inspections and tenancy documentation, and ensuring compliance with tenancy legislation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience managing a residential property portfolio.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Sound understanding of residential tenancy legislation.
• Current Agents Representative Certificate and Police Check.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants through proactive communication and follow-up.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are well maintained.
• Coordinate inspections, applications and tenancy documentation with leasing and administration staff.
• Oversee tenancy applications, lease agreements, renewals and management authorities.
• Maintain accurate property records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
