Qualifications

• Manage a small residential property portfolio.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and renters.
• Coordinate routine inspections, maintenance and repairs.
• Manage rental arrears, lease renewals and tenancy matters.
• Conduct entry and exit inspections.
• Actively seeking and securing new property managements to grow the rental portfolio.
• Ensure compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation.
• Support day-to-day operations with Directors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a small residential property portfolio and maintain landlord/tenant relationships.

• Handle arrears, renewals and tenancy-related issues.
• Carry out entry and exit inspections and tenancy transitions.
