You will manage your own portfolio, build landlord/tenant/contractor relationships, perform inspections and renewals, coordinate maintenance, handle arrears, ensure VIC compliance and work with a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in Residential Property Management.
• Current Real Estate Certificate.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and customer-driven approach.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own residential property portfolio (apartments).
