Job summary

Highland Property Group in Cronulla is seeking a highly organised Property Manager to join a fast-paced team. The role focuses on managing a large Shire portfolio, liaising with landlords and tenants, and coordinating inspections, renewals and lease signings.

You will work closely with Leasing and New Business teams, using PropertyMe and other tools; training provided. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a supportive culture and clear career pathways.

Qualifications

• Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (required).
• Previous experience in Property Management or the Real Estate industry.
• Strong ability to think on your feet and problem solve - Professional communication and follow-up skills.
• A proactive, positive attitude with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence liaising with a range of stakeholders and managing conflict resolution.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to learn and further develop your Property Management career.

Responsibilities

• Managing a Sutherland Shire-based portfolio of approximately 160-180 properties alongside other experienced Property Managers.
• Communicating frequently with landlords and tenants.
• Collaborating with the Leasing and New Business teams.
• Coordinating and carrying out routine inspections, rent reviews and lease renewals.
• Managing lease signings and key distribution.
• Organising electronic filing of tenant and landlord information.
• Actioning requests for tradespersons, cleaners etc. in a timely manner.
• Utilising PropertyMe, Inspection Real Estate, FlickitOver and more (training provided).
