Job summary

Highland Property in Sydney is seeking a Leasing Executive to find the best tenants for landlord rental properties while delivering a high level of customer service. You will join an enthusiastic and determined team focused on growth in real estate.

Duties include handling leasing inquiries, creating and placing property advertising online, conducting property inspections (weekdays and Saturdays), coordinating with tenants and landlords, and maintaining admin reports.

What is the role?

This role's purpose is to find the best tenants for our landlord's rental properties, whilst offering ahigh level of customer service. You will be part of anenthusiastic and determined team, who are working hard to gain experience and growth in their real estate career.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Handling all leasing inquiries
• Creating and placing property advertising online
• Opening and running property inspections (during the week and on Saturdays)
• Liaising with tenants for inspections
• Liaising with landlords regarding feedback reports on inspections
• Tenant application administration - credit/reference checks
• General administrative duties

What will you need to be successful?

We are looking for anorganised and confidentpersonwho can work well under pressure tojoin our Property Teamas aLeasing Executive. This is afull-time positionworking within a very fast paced environment in our Newtownoffice. The ideal candidate will have at least6 months experience as a Leasing or Sales Assistant role in Real Estate.

• A current Certificate of Registration
• Valid Australian Drivers License (P plates or higher)
• Previous Leasing/Property Officer experience - 6months+
• Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills
• Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Confidence - assertive yet professional and friendly
• Strong attention to detail
• Happy to manage lengthy administrative reports
• Strong follow up and time management skills
• Corporate and presentable, as it is a client facing role
