Job summary

Gough Recruitment in Sydney's CBD is seeking a Junior or experienced Property Manager to join a close-knit real estate team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service with a portfolio tailored to your experience, outsourced routine inspections, and minimal out-of-office appointments.

This position offers a Monday–Friday week, with commission opportunities, quarterly performance reviews, full training, mentoring and genuine long-term career progression in a supportive environment near

Qualifications

• Certificate of Registration (COR) is required.
• Previous Property Management experience at junior or senior level.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Experience with Property Tree, REI Forms or Inspection Manager advantageous.
• Genuine desire to grow with the business long-term.

Responsibilities

• Manage a residential portfolio tailored to your experience.
• Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors.
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance and work orders.
• Assist with lease renewals and rental increases.
• Manage tenancy administration and arrears.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Work collaboratively with the wider Property Management team.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
