Real Recruiters is partnering with an established real estate group in NSW to recruit a Property Manager who will own a residential portfolio, maintain landlord and tenant relationships, and drive end-to-end leasing with autonomy and professional support.
You will work within a close-knit local team, benefit from a dedicated PM relief specialist, and operate in a structured environment designed to optimise workload and service quality.
Let's be honest. Property Management isn't always an easy gig.
Between demanding landlords, tenant issues, maintenance requests, inspections, leasing and the never-ending inbox, it's easy to spend your days reacting rather than actually managing your portfolio.
And when you're carrying an unrealistic number of properties without the right support around you, something has to give.
But it doesn't have to be that way.
Our client has taken a considered approach to building their Property Management teams.
Manageable portfolios, experienced leadership, established systems and the support to give good Property Managers the time and autonomy to do their jobs properly.
We're working with an established real estate group with offices across the Hunter, Newcastle and Northern Central Coast, who genuinely believe in the people who make their business great.
You'll have the backing, resources and recognition of a major franchise, while working within a smaller, close-knit local team.
This is a hands-on, end-to-end Property Management position.
You'll take responsibility for your own residential portfolio and have the autonomy to manage it from start to finish.
An experienced Property Manager who knows their stuff, can confidently manage their own workload and is ready for a better working environment.
You know how to prioritise, stay ahead of issues, communicate proactively and take ownership.
You're independent but understand the value of a good team around you. You're also someone who is happy to share your experience and contribute to the development of those around you.
If you're an experienced Property Manager who enjoys the work but could do without the constant pressure of an overloaded portfolio, this could be worth a conversation.
