Baker Recruitment in Sydney's Lower North Shore is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a small portfolio of around 120 properties, delivering end-to-end property management with a hands-on director backing you.

Qualifications

• NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
• Previous Property Management experience.
• Confident managing landlords and tenants.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work autonomously.

• Team player in a close-knit office.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day landlord and tenant relationships.
• Oversee maintenance, repairs and routine inspections.
• Manage leasing, applications and tenant selection.
• Handle lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears.
• Conduct open homes and private inspections.
• Keep on top of compliance and administration.
• Provide a high level of service to both landlords and tenants.

The Person

• Current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence
