Belle Property Camden | Picton | Macarthur is seeking an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager for a growing, boutique agency in Camden. You’ll manage a residential portfolio with expert support, focusing on relationships, inspections and tenancy matters in a collaborative environment.

We offer a Monday-to-Friday schedule, dedicated leasing and accounts specialists, flexible work arrangements and a competitive salary with generous referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a residential property portfolio.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence.
• Strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation.
• Excellent communication, organisation and negotiation skills.
• Professional presentation and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

The Role

You'll manage your own residential property portfolio with the support of an experienced property management team, dedicated leasing specialists and an accounts department.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

Conducting routine, ingoing and outgoing inspections.

Managing arrears, repairs, maintenance and tenancy matters.

Handling disputes, negotiations and Tribunal matters when required.

About You

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys property management and brings a positive, solutions-focused attitude to the team.

Ideally, you'll have:

Experience managing a residential property portfolio.
