Urbane Realestate in the NSW Western Suburbs seeks a motivated Property Officer/Manager to join our established team. This hands-on role covers leasing, inspections, trust accounting, and tenant relations.

Ideal candidates hold a current NSW certificate/license, a NSW driver’s license, and 6–12 months of property management experience (training provided). Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are valued. Competitive base salary with fuel allowance and clear growth paths.

Qualifications

• Current NSW certificate of registration or real estate license.
• Current NSW driver's license and reliable transport.
• 6 months to 1 year of property management experience (training provided).
• Strong customer service and communication, with landlord/tenant relationship skills.
• Professional presentation and work ethic.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the property management cycle including leasing, tenant relations, and property maintenance.
• Conduct property inspections (open homes, entry/exit, and routine checks).
• Maintain effective communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
• Manage trust accounting procedures with precision.
• Prepare and process tenancy agreements and relevant documentation.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities.
