Qualifications

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with tenancy applications, lease preparation, and renewals.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with tradespeople and tenants.
• Conduct routine inspections and assist with entry and exit condition reports.
• Manage phone and email enquiries, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Support rent collection and arrears management.
• Provide general administrative support to the Property Management team.
