Job summary

Knight Frank Australia seeks a Commercial Property Manager to oversee a Perth metropolitan portfolio. This hands-on, head office-based role collaborates with a small on-site team, with room to grow the portfolio over time.

You will manage day-to-day operations, act as the tenants' first point of contact, coordinate leasing and maintenance, and handle rent collections and budgeting tasks in a dynamic commercial environment.

Qualifications

• Previous property management experience or 2+ years as an assistant PM.
• Certificate of Registration is essential or in the process of obtaining it.
• Strong written and verbal communication with tenants, clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in industrial, commercial or retail property sectors.
• Confidence working with contractors, facilities teams and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day management of multi-site industrial and commercial properties in Perth.
• Be the first contact for tenants and coordinate leasing and occupancy matters.
• Coordinate responses to property-related issues and contractor work.
• Handle core property administration: rent collection, arrears, budgeting and forecasting.
