Job summary

Knight Frank Australia is seeking an on-site Property/Asset Management support role in Sydney CBD to help manage two premium commercial assets. You’ll work closely with senior professionals, build client and tenant relationships, and ensure smooth operations across the portfolio.

The role emphasizes proactive stakeholder management, strong organizational skills, and collaboration to deliver exceptional service while supporting two office assets and acting as a mentor when required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management, facilities management or a related property discipline.
• Relevant property qualifications or studies will be highly regarded.
• A NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Support senior Asset Management Services team members across key client appointments.
• Assist in the day-to-day management of two commercial office assets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and service providers.
• Coordinate maintenance, tenant requests, lease administration and operational matters.
• Prepare reports, budgets and other property management documentation.
• Support initiatives that enhance asset performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members where required.
• Ensure properties are managed in accordance with client expectations, company policies and budget requirements.

Who we’re looking for?

• Competent in Microsoft Office and developing knowledge of building operations.
