Job summary

Knight Frank Australia in Sydney is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support a portfolio of three commercial assets, working closely with experienced professionals to gain exposure to all aspects of property management.

You will build strong tenant and client relationships, coordinate maintenance and inspections, assist with lease administration and reporting, and contribute to delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management or facilities management.
• Relevant property qualifications or studies will be highly regarded.
• A current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day management of three commercial properties.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, contractors and clients.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and property inspections.
• Assist with arrears management, tenant correspondence and lease administration.
• Prepare reports, budgets and other property documentation.
• Support the delivery of exceptional customer service across the portfolio.

Who we’re looking for?

• Previous experience in property management, facilities management or a related property discipline
• Relevant property qualifications or studies will be highly regarded

• Competent in Microsoft Office and developing knowledge of building operations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
