Knight Frank Australia is seeking an on-site property management professional to support two premium A-Grade assets in Sydney CBD, working closely with senior property professionals to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The role offers career development with mentorship and leadership programs, plus two extra weeks of leave, wellness days, and a birthday off. You will engage with clients, tenants and contractors to deliver outstanding service across all property management aspects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management, facilities management or a related property discipline.
• Relevant property qualifications or studies will be highly regarded.
• A current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration is required.

Responsabilités

• Support senior Asset Management Services team members across key client appointments.
• Assist in the day-to-day management of two commercial office assets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and service providers.
• Coordinate maintenance, tenant requests, lease administration and operational matters.
• Prepare reports, budgets and other property management documentation.
• Support initiatives that enhance asset performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members where required.
• Ensure properties are managed in accordance with client expectations, company policies and budget requirements.

Who we’re looking for?

• Previous experience in property management, facilities management or a related property discipline
• Relevant property qualifications or studies will be highly regarded
• A current NSW Class 2 Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration is required
• Competent in Microsoft Office and developing knowledge of building operations.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

The Role

Based on-site, you'll work closely with senior property professionals to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the portfolio, build strong relationships with clients, tenants and contractors, and deliver outstanding service across all aspects of property management.

This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach, strong stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to achieving positive outcomes for both clients and tenants.
