Belle Property Bondi Junction is seeking an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join our high-performing team. You’ll manage a quality residential portfolio with dedicated support, focusing on building strong landlord and tenant relationships and delivering exceptional service.

You will benefit from NSW tenancy knowledge, a proactive approach, and a collaborative office culture, with Monday to Friday on-site work, company phone, and parking included.

Qualifications

• Previous residential property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of NSW Residential Tenancies legislation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Outstanding organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Current NSW Certificate of Registration, Class 2 Licence or Class 1 Licence.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties, supported by a dedicated Property Officer and Leasing Officer.
• Focus on portfolio management, client relationships and delivering an outstanding experience for landlords and tenants alike.
• Coordinate with support team to optimise inspections, leasing and tenancy administration.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as a trusted advisor to landlords and tenants.
