Qualifications

• Current NSW Real Estate Licence (Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence) required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 180 residential properties.
• Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed condition reports.
• Oversee maintenance requests and liaise with tradespeople and contractors.
• Manage lease renewals, rent reviews and arrears.
• Handle tenant negotiations and maintain strong tenant and landlord relationships.
• Attend NCAT/tribunal hearings as required.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members where required.
• Liaise closely with the leasing, admin and accounts teams to ensure smooth portfolio management.
• Deliver regular landlord reporting and portfolio updates.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with tenancy legislation.

This role suits someone who wants to lead a solid portfolio without carrying the full administrative load alone.

The Role You will manage a portfolio of approximately 180 properties, backed by a dedicated leasing team, an admin team and an accounts team, so your time can stay focused on landlords, tenants and portfolio growth.

Monday to Friday only. No weekend work.

Duties

Manage a portfolio of approximately 180 residential properties

Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed condition reports
